This book is great for someone needing step-by-step instructions to help build life-long habits for losing weight AND eating healthier. The steps go so much more beyond just dieting and can be applied to many other areas of your life.

Not extremely long, but pretty helpful! I need to start cut down my bad habit from now on and do good habits to lose useless weights!

Awesome publication! All the recipes that you need to follow your diet in one book! This book offers over 100 recipes in a compilation of diets like Atkins, Paleo, Mediterranean, Dukan, Ketogenic, etc.

After reading this book, it is clear that this is not the case when using this Diet Recipes. You can easily use the information inside to tailor a diet that is sustainable for the long term. As someone that believes in fitness and a healthy lifestyle, I think that this type of long term planning is the only way to go.

When I purchased this book I had a second thought that this may not help me to loss weight, but when I began to read it I was happy to find out that these book is just what I really needed. It will really help and guide someone to lose weight in no time. I recommend this book.
