I am not really a fat woman but I still bought this book for reading and understanding the know how about the science behind losing weight. This would be a good knowledge for me and maybe I could pass it on to my friends who really need it. Think about myself, why not I follow the weight loss methods shown in this book so that I can look more sexy & attractive?
