Sounds very much like the process of meditation to me

When you look up “mindfulness” you will find it means “a mental state achieved by focusing one’s awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging one’s feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations”. Sounds very much like the process of meditation to me. I’ve been practicing meditation/the art of mindfulness for a while now, after my doctor suggested the technique for my anxiety. I am living proof that it has significant effects on the emotionally unstable and I’d suggest you try it out too. Through this book, I learned more about its other benefits including combating depression and stress management. Very useful information for people who are looking for alternative ways to deal with personal issues. Recommended!

We all having a very busy life, very less time for mental rest. So we badly need to rest our mind parallel to the body. But we often don’t take care of it. In this way stress overcome. After reading this book, I commence recognizing how influential the human mind. No worries if you are not used to with yoga, the writer really describe the mindfulness in an easy way that you can easily follow the philosophies offered in this book.
It is correct that anxiety is a portion of our regular life. But greater it now I am conscious of how I can exhaust these stresses by applying these easy mindfulness methods. The given directions are vibrant and easy to follow. A perfect book, thanks to the author.

Mindfulness everyday!

I have so many things to deal with everyday - kids, house chores, work, etc and I ended up getting exhausted every day so I needed to change something or apply something in my life to make everything lighter and easier. After reading this book, I've been practicing mindfulness meditation every day and I always make sure I allot a time for it, which is usually every evening before I go to sleep. I never had any good sleep until I started practicing mindfulness meditation and I feel a lot better when I wake up in the morning. I feel more calm and relax and ready to start the day fresh with less worry and all.
