Bo Yoga came about as a result of my search for something that really helps people transform their lives. Over the last ten years, I have immersed myself in the study of traditional Asian methods of energy development. I have taught yoga, energy-based martial arts, meditation, and energetic dance full-time to thousands of people of all ages, and I have also been able to learn the business side of things by managing six successful yoga and wellness centers in Portland, Chicago, and Washington, DC. Through a variety of delivery methods from group classes, private sessions, workshops, national retreats, and online courses I have always searched for effective ways to help people better manage their physical, emotional, and mental energies.
I have consistently seen the long-lasting, life-changing benefits of these methods, which inspired the creation of Bo Yoga, a blend of the best of what I have studied and taught over the years. Excellent book! I enjoyed reading this book and it has so much helpful and relevant information and guidelines that I am planning to read it again. I have already started to implement some of the suggestions and look forward to improved quality of my physical and emotional well-being. Nate has explained everything in very practical terms! I have been doing Bo Yoga for 3 months and have noticed very positive and significant changes. It's great to have this book as a reference!

I have been motivated to write a review after reading just a bit of the book this morning. I thought when I downloaded the book that I was getting another book on a different sort of exercise. Boy, was I wrong! I can't wait to continue reading the book and taking it all in as I can tell already that it will inspire me to improve ALL areas of my life, not just the physical fitness aspect. There is SO MUCH food for thought here that I want to linger on the words and let them all sink in. First of all, right now, I'll be working on my attitude and learning zoom in on the positive aspects in all situations and zoom out on the negatives.
