LOVE the cover on tis book. Tons or recipes for getting big but the part I love is the information for getting lean as that is my goal. Tons of extra help with intermittent fasting and explaining the intervals of food scheduling. Awesome charts for vegetables, fruits, meats providing nutritional facts (calories, fats, sat fats, protein, etc) Solid recipes, definitely digging the deserts chapter

Honestly the price for this book for 180 pages of solid information/recipes, decently good deal. Will be purchasing more from this author
