After going through many different types of diets, I decided to hang on to the Mediterranean diet. The book does a great job in provided ways by which we could take benefits of the diet. This diet helps in controlling our weight and increase our energy. The author has provided many recipes which strictly follow the diet and they have been categorized into breakfast, sea food many more. All the recipes were delicious and paparika chicken and baked fish with tomato were my favorite. All the topics are covered in a very concise and to-the-point manner. I found all the tips very useful.
