This is a great book about cross training fitness

This is a great book about cross training fitness. The author did an amazing job describing and explaining Cross-training exercises we can do at home, and how to gauge our improvements. The author successfully explained the origins and basics of Cross-training and what we can expect from a Cross-training session. I can say that all information that I need regarding this exercise activity was discussed here such as the history and meaning of cross training, its benefits, and lots of cross-training exercises.

Wonderful book! This book is best fit for those who are just starting to get into exercising. This short book includes easy warm up routines you can do at home.The author also included strength training exercise that you can do at home without the need for large and bulky equipment. The best part from this book for me Is-Warming, Strength Training and Stretching. Home Cardio chapter has some very cool exercises like- Mountain Climbers, Lateral Jumps and Burpees. I recommend to everyone!

Building my stamina.

I've been meaning to do cardio to help build up my stamina and overall lose weight. Cardio exercises will also help me be more fit and active. Martin's book has really been a big help in finding the right exercise for me. The options he has provided in his book work even for self proclaimed coach potatoes like myself and even if I don't have much stamina at the start the exercises help build it up as we keep moving forward. It's a really good exercise book!
