Most Spiritually filled book to exercise

How I love this book! I have read it over 5 times now and carry it with me. Even though I have read it so many times, I still have to remind myself how much God wants me to succeed and he is with me throughout my journey. Carla Hardy has done a wonderful job writing this book. She backs everything up with scripture.
I have been getting up at 4:00 AM every morning for 3 weeks to go do my "thing" run/walk and reflecting on this book and praising God as I'm doing it. Many mornings, I hear God telling me to get out of bed. He is with me through it all. He wants me to succeed. Many verses in the book talk on just that. Talks about how Jesus died for us and gave up his body. Shouldn't I make my body a place for God. Should I pollute my body with unhealthy foods.
Carla tells you how to invite God into your fitness goals and it is working. I thank you for this book. I hope you write another book. Maybe a daily journal with your running routine and diet.
I have also purchased several other books on running/exercise. Out of the 12 books, this is by far the best. I would like to recommend you add "Spiritual the Guidance runner's For People bible On The Run. This book is just filled with Bible verses and is a wonderful aid spiritually.
Nobody said it would be easy getting into shape, but it has been worth it because I am growing so much in the Lord. Again, I owe this to the author, Carla Hardy.
( I have never meet the author, yet I feel that I know her just because she has written this book for you so that you can be the best you can be for yourself and most importantly, God)

Truly Inspired

This was an excellent read! This book had parts in it that really touched and spoke into my life. I didn't realize how closely related my faith and staying healthy actually were. The scriptures and prayers were great. And the grocery shopping section helped me out immensely with my nutrition. I would reccomend this book to anyone trying to lose weight, get healthy, rebuild your faith...

This book is a true gem. I highly recommend it! For those people like me who have been struggling to commit to a workout plan it connects the dots spiritually. Beautifully written!
