This is great fun. I highly recommend it.

I enjoyed this program immensely. It wasn't until after I joined the Darebee community that I found this treasure. I've long been a fan of the Martial Arts and studied for a few years in Tae Kwon Do, and after many years of being uninvolved, I was getting that itch again to do something martial-arty. Don't get me wrong, this isn't a substitute for what one can learn in a formal setting, but it is a good basis for basic punching and kicking techniques.

I'm almost 30 years old. When I started this program, I felt like I was an old man. All falling apart at the joints, flexibility gone, balance all but gone, everything . After only a few days of doing this program, I felt revitalized. The effects didn't happen overnight, to be sure, but my flexibility came back rather quickly, and after a couple weeks my balance had noticeably improved. I still can't stand on one foot with my arms out and eyes closed, but then again my balance is pretty weird anyway.

Kick your way to greatness

Let's make it clear from the start: the Fighter's Codex will not teach you how to fight. What it will give you, is the physical ability to be a fighter, if that's what you're after. And even if fighting does not appeal to you, it will help you improve your flexibility, balance, muscle endurance, cardiovascular system and raw power.
It will allow you to do all this in the comfort of your own home, with no equipment whatsoever. If you are completely new to martial arts and combat sports, it includes links to videos you can watch to make sure you're doing the moves right. If you are already a martial artist or kick-boxer, it is the perfect way to complement your practice, by helping you improve your technique while giving you a real physical edge.
On a personal note, it was my first Darebee program. I've been hooked ever since. And I would gladly do it again.
