Unique take on staying focused!

In this easy to understand, conversational book, the author is assisting us in finding the different aspects of the subject of focus, from our individual perspective. She helps us identify the problem, set goals that work for us, individually, and better understand motivation. Then she helps us create our own "Focus System." I thoroughly enjoyed this part and found it very helpful.
Overall, this book is really good. It's detailed and covers many different ways to become focused and enjoy life more. In places it was a very timely reminder, and in others ways I learned some new things which I'm very grateful for. Thank you.

This book is very valuable to me because I have a slight problem with focusing on the details and this trait is very important for my job. I learned so many new things and definitely improved my focus. Overall, it was a must read book. It made me realize that focusing is also a way of choosing to be the best version of yourself, because it leads you to being productive and successful in life. I loved the way the book was written, it felt like it was organized in the right way, making the reading really fun and easy!

In part this book is aimed at helping readers become better at what they do. In this sense "Focus" is a sophisticated self-help book. Love what you do, do what you love and do it with focus and deliberate (and smart) practice and your life will be more rewarding.This isn't necessarily bad. As it's written, the book gives a wealth of knowledge, more than enough for someone to get an idea of what is possible with sufficient focus, why it's useful, and start them looking into how to build focus on their own. Not every book on a subject has to be a training manual. However, when coupled with as broad a subject as human attention, the result of this makes Focus seem somewhat disorganized and disjointed in comparison to what it easily could be.
