Author Martin McGrann's recently published book, Weight Loss Coaching: The Ultimate Beginners Running Program for Weight Loss and The Top Recipe to Maintain a Fit and Healthy Body is but among the many books that were introduced this year. What sets this book apart from the other Weight Loss books is its constant promoting of running as one of the best way to lose weight and for us to maintain a fit body, to which I couldn't agree more, for I am a living witness of the good it has done to my body, being a runner myself.
